Copper tube capillary welding method and steps for refrigerators

There are three main situations for the welding of copper pipes in refrigerators: the welding of copper pipes with the same diameter, the welding of copper pipes with different diameters, and the welding of copper capillaries and drying filters. The following will provide a detailed description of welding methods and steps for three different situations.
The first method and steps for welding copper pipes with the same diameter
The first step is to expand one of the pipe openings into a cup shape, and then insert them together.
The second step is to hold a silver welding rod in one hand and a welding gun in the other hand, and heat the insertion tube with the top of a neutral flame of moderate size. When the insertion tube is heated to a dark red color and the fish scale flashes, place the welding rod (from bottom to top) and move it. After the welding rod melts, it flows into the gap of the cup shaped tube mouth.
Step 3: Remove the flame and check if the solder joint is full and smooth. If the solder joint is not smooth, it indicates a low heating temperature and should continue heating; If the copper pipe is soldered out, it indicates that the temperature of the flame is too high, and it should be cut and re welded; If there are gaps, it indicates that the welding rods used are insufficient and should continue to be added.
Methods and Techniques:
When welding horizontally at the pipe mouth, first place the silver electrode at the lower part of the copper pipe. Due to its strong fluidity, the silver electrode automatically flows to the upper part with high heat when heated. When the melted solder is felt to flow upwards, immediately place the electrode at the upper part of the copper pipe. When welding vertically at the pipe mouth, the welding should be carried out from left to right.
